Qualifications and Waitlist
Our affordable Springfield community offers a 12-month lease term.

Poplar Place is an affordable multifamily housing community under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
- Income Limits: Applicants must meet income limits based on the number of people in the household
- Program Eligibility: Applicants must meet all federal and state program requirements
- Background Screening: Standard screening policies apply (i.e. rental history, credit checks, and other qualifications.
